In addition to roughing cutters and finishing cutters, we also carry radius cutters, which are primarily used for 3D machining. Whether you want to mill aluminum, steel, cast iron, plastics or fiber composites - we supply you with the appropriate cutting data for each of our tools so that you can select the feed rate, speed and tooth feed to suit your needs.
Clamping technology: As different as your components
The field of clamping technology is large. As different as the materials to be machined are, so are the clamping options. One option for flat workpieces is vacuum clamping technology. With this, workpieces can be clamped very easily and cleanly. The use of eccentric clamps or clamping mandrels allows significantly higher clamping forces for materials that are not clamped or only poorly clamped using vacuum technology. In combination with a perforated grid or T-slot plate, this offers extremely high flexibility in workpiece clamping.

Our polymer concrete casting compound was specially developed for casting hollow cross sections. Due to the first-class damping properties, assemblies can be optimized in terms of vibration in a simple way.
