Purchase on account
Customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, both private and business customers, can pay conveniently by invoice. Payment within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Excluded are orders for milling machines and system furniture as well as custom-made products.

Prepayment
simply transfer the amount in advance. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be shipped.

From an order value of €50, we ship all parcels throughout Germany free of shipping costs (excluding forwarding agents and large parcels).

Information on the calculation of the delivery date
The delivery period for payment in advance begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Note for shipments outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
