Polymer concrete casting compound
The VibrEND casting compound was developed to improve the vibration behavior of hollow profiles. Vibrations are often an undesirable side effect of drives or other periodic impulses and reduce the performance or precision of a system.
The casting compound is used in particular for casting steel and sheet metal structures, as well as for structures made of aluminum profiles.

The casting compound is based on an epoxy resin system and a mineral filler.
The following figure shows the vibration behavior of an unfilled aluminum profile compared to an aluminum profile that was filled with VibrEND. It can be seen that the decay time could be reduced by a factor of 16.
Application
The potting compound can be used without any prior knowledge. Mixing the three components in the correct order produces a groutable compound. The working time after mixing is 45 minutes.
