The DYNACUT MVE lubrication system is a standard system that works according to the Venturi principle, i.e. the compressed air supplied atomizes low-viscosity lubricant in the nozzle to form a cooling mist. The amount of compressed air and coolant can be finely adjusted to the respective requirement using needle valves. The system works from an air pressure of 3 bar. At higher pressures up to 6 bar, the coolant is atomized more finely.
In this system, the supply of lubricant and compressed air is controlled electrically via solenoid valves. The system can therefore be automated, which means that it can be activated and deactivated via a CNC controller.
The system is fully assembled ready for operation and consists of
1. Coolant tank with a capacity of approx. 1.6 liters.
2. approx. 3 meter connection hose between tank and spray head.
3. Spray head with needle valve and flexibly adjustable nozzle.
4. Suction filter in the coolant tank.
