Round brush for chip extraction
The Mink TD system consists of ready-to-install round elements for sealing, sliding and carrying. Depending on the fiber length, different areas of application are possible; long fibers optimally seal drilling and milling tools against flying chips and ensure clean and safe working areas. Shorter fibers ensure surface-friendly support and gliding, e.g. during assembly. Three sizes can be combined with fiber lengths from 10 to 100 mm. The body material consists of polyamide with glass fiber. The bristles made of black polyamide fibers offer very good chemical resistance and enable use in a wide temperature range from -40 to +80 °C.
