Tool length sensor
The tool length sensor is made of precision-machined aluminum, which ensures high accuracy through turning and milling. The three-pole connection cable offers flexibility, as the sensor can be used either as a normally closed or normally open contact.
Possible applications:
The sensor is ideal for precisely determining the tool length or for determining the zero point on the workpiece.

Selecting the right sensor:
For machines with limited space, where every square centimeter of the clamping surface is important, the compact sensor is recommended, especially for smaller milling cutters with a diameter of up to 6 mm. For larger milling cutters with a wider cutting surface, a sensor with a larger probe head, such as the 14 mm version, should be selected to ensure precise measurement results.
