Sicherungsringe für Wellen und Bohrungen

Die Sicherungsringe sind gemäß DIN-Norm gefertigt und stellen eine kostengünstige und einfache Möglichkeit dar, Maschinenelemente axial zu sichern.

Werkstoffe:

Federstahl phosphatiert

Edelstahl: 1.4122 (X39CrMo17-1) - hohe korrosionsbeständigkeit, ferromagnetisch

Auswahl des richtigen Sicherungsrings

Die Durchmesserangabe bezieht sich nach DIN471/ DIN472 auf den Wellendurchmesser bzw. den Bohrungsdurchmesser:

Um den richtigen Sicherungsring auszuwählen, messen Sie entsprechend der Abbildung immer den Wellen- bzw. Bohrungsdurchmesser d1.
Der Sicherungsring verformt sich beim Einbau elastisch und sogrt so für einen strammen Sitz. Im nicht eingebauten Zustand entspricht der Durchmesser des Sicherungsrings daher nicht dem Nennmaß.

Die Maße der Sicherungsringe im nicht eingebauten Zustand sowie die Einbaumaße können der nachfolgenden Tabelle entnommen werden.
